The parmesan
is as much for grain as for taste - hence the small quantity.

Salt to taste
30ml / 1fl oz Olive Oil
1 Small Green Pepper, deseeded
and finely sliced
4 Cloves Garlic
¾ tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
