With every vegetarian having a different definition of what
constitutes a vegetarian dish (some will eat seafood or fish, some eggs, some
dairy, some chicken, etc – the combinations are as numerous as the number of people
calling themselves vegetarian), I decided to play it safe and just list all the
recipes that I have on the site that contain no meat, and to allow you to
decide for yourself which is appropriate to your particular dietary
requirements.
Although the following recipes do not contain meat (including
fish and seafood, which if you are ok with eating this, you may look at the
listing for those recipes), they may contain dairy products, so
please check that the recipe is suitable for your form of vegetarianism before
starting.
