Pasta Trio

For this dish you can serve any of your favourite pastas and sauces.

 

Serves : 4

 

Ingredients:

 

1⅓ cups / 225g / 8oz Stuffed Ravioli or Tortellini

1¼ cups / 300ml / ½ pint Béchamel Sauce

1 cup / 225g / 8oz Tagliatelli

1 Cup / 225ml / 8oz Tomato Sauce 2

1 cup / 225g / 8oz Wholemeal Twistetti

1¼ cups / 300ml / ½ pint Bolognese Sauce

 

TO GARNISH:

cup / 100g / 4oz Parmesan Cheese

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Cook the pasta, starting with that which has the longest cooking time, drain the water into a bowl and return the pasta to the saucepan and keep it warm.

 

  1. Keep the three sauces warm.

 

  1. Serve on individual dishes on a large plate accompanied by a bowl of parmesan cheese and green salad.
